Exercise: Strength training (Upper Body / Neck), light HIIT cardio; good day for martial arts.

Household Management: Focus on starting that major household project. Prepare, get everything together and get started. Maintenance metal household objects, sharpen tools. Relationships: Avoid impulsive actions. Watch your mouth on 5th Chakra days, particularly active aggressive ones like Day 3. It’s easy to start fights.
