Nano-Particle Concerns

Concern about nanoparticles is on the rise. This includes those used in medical and industrial applications. Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) in mRNA vaccines are part of this concern. The clearance of such particles is a complex and emerging area of study. Kinda wish they studied it first. It’s too bad we don’t get a say in decisions like that.

Why the Concern?

  • Lipid Nanoparticles (LNPs): These are delivery systems designed to transport mRNA into cells. While they are biodegradable, some components may persist longer in the body.
  • Accumulation Risks: Ongoing research is investigating whether certain nanoparticles accumulate in organs such as the liver, spleen, or lymphatic system.
  • Biopersistence: In industrial contexts, some nanoparticles (e.g., titanium dioxide, silver) are known to resist breakdown, raising concerns about long-term effects.

Supporting the Body’s Natural Detox Pathways

The body’s innate processes include liver detoxification, macrophage activity, and lymphatic drainage. These processes work to eliminate foreign materials. Supporting these pathways may be beneficial, particularly with novel substances like nanoparticles.

Here is a summary of the most researched and discussed supplements.

  • Nattokinase: An enzyme from fermented soybeans, believed to break down spike proteins. One Day MD
  • Bromelain: An enzyme from pineapples, thought to cleave spike proteins. Washington Informer
  • Curcumin: A compound in turmeric, suggested to block spike protein interactions with cells. Washington Informer Always take with black pepper for absorption.

OTHER Suggested Strategies

  1. Support Cellular Health:
    • Glutathione: A master antioxidant that can help detoxify foreign substances.
    • NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine): Boosts glutathione production.
    • Alpha-Lipoic Acid: Enhances mitochondrial function and detoxification.
  2. Promote Liver and Kidney Function:
    • Milk Thistle: Aids liver detoxification. Week before the New Moon.
    • Dandelion Root Tea: Supports liver and kidney health.
    • Cranberry Extract: May assist kidney function.
  3. Enhance Lymphatic Drainage:
    • Dry Brushing: Stimulates lymphatic circulation.
    • Rebounding: Jumping on a mini-trampoline to promote lymph flow.
    • Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD): A gentle massage technique.
  4. Reduce Oxidative Stress:
    • Vitamin C & D3: Supplementation to counteract free radicals.
    • Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Support membrane health and reduce inflammation.
  5. Consider Enzymatic Supplements:
    • Serrapeptase or Natto: Enzymes that may help break down foreign proteins and support circulatory health.
  6. Infrared Sauna Therapy: NOT LED RED LIGHT
    • Promotes sweating, which may help eliminate toxins through the skin.
  7. Dietary Focus:
    • Anti-inflammatory Foods: Include turmeric, ginger, green leafy vegetables, and omega-3-rich foods like fish.
    • Hydration: Adequate water intake supports kidney function.
