I love it when the Lunar Calendar falls perfectly on top the Gregorian one! Today is Day 10 on the Lunar Calendar and it’s a Social Eating Day! On day 10 of the Lunar calendar, traditional cultures remembered loved ones and told stories about the family’s past. Today is also Father’s Day, so it’s a win-win for our living in harmony with nature’s cycles!

On Social Eating Days, you can drink alcohol and don’t have to worry so much about WHAT you’re eating or WHEN you’re doing it. Just make sure you ENJOY a meal with others. This social day is a family one! Show pictures of the past, tell a story of a family member. Send a family group message! It’s a great day to connect positively.
