I have enjoyed my hermit time over these past years, but it’s time to get more active in sharing my knowledge about Chinese Medicine, our connection to nature called “the Dao” and how the Lunar Calendar effects our body mind systems.
I recently got the invite to my 40 year high school reunion.
This was my lucky 33rd year in the martial arts, and I’m gearing up to hit 30 years now in my private holistic Chinese Medicine and acupuncture practice. I’m facing it!! I’m getting old!! My acupuncture babies from my fertility clients are now old enough to start their own families!!! Just call me Granny Beth!!

Since the Covid lockdown, which I worked as an essential worker for essential workers, I’ve dedicated more time to gathering up my teachings about the lessons learned and connections made through medical philosophy and actual clinical practice. My specialties are broad in nature. There’s just an incredible amount of wisdom and learning in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The well of insight never ends.
I’m having to stop myself and dig out of heads down research mode for a minute to begin the next phase – summation, sorting, discarding, keeping, organizing, bringing it out of the ether into 3D and finally, sharing the results.

After all these decades, every essential bit and piece of wisdom and essential learning fell gently into place within the Lunar Calendar. Bringing it out of the murky depths of the past and attempting to follow it myself has been one of the biggest satisfactions and challenges I have undertaken. I had a similar experience unearthing the original martial art Tai Chi Form that I learned 33 years ago. The story, character and spirit of the ancient culture so close to nature, showed itself within my practice and persistence. So obvious now. Completely hidden before. There’s a day on the Lunar Calendar that allows for insight into hidden knowledge. I look forward to teaching you more about it.

Lunar Calendars are ancient and simple. However, it’s tough to find a lot of information about it. Many sources use outdated calculations, or incorrect solar and lunar correlations that mess up the entire purpose of even doing a lunar calendar. It’s about getting in sync with the outdoor environment, not some outdated, incorrectly applied algorithm.

So after a lot of revision, weeding out incorrect calculations, stupid theories, fixes that don’t fix, cursing at teachers, lol, scraped systems, new systems, new scraped systems, and did I say a lot of revision? . . . the Lunar Calendar showed itself to me. How that happened is another long story, but in any event, the Lunar Calendar is ridiculously perfect. I can’t wait to show you.
