Honestly, I started out researching a new magic patch for a chiropractor friend and ended up here!! Oxalates. First of all, I always view new magic things very skeptically after a non stop barrage of multi-level marketing companies coming and going and screwing the middle end users over the last 30 years. Oh, it’s a miracle. All kinds of diseases and problems magically solved. Sure. So here come the magic patches. We have magic patches in Chinese Medicine, but they have their limitations. Magic for pain, or magic for bruises. But not magic for anything you can think of!!!
So in short, the patch was nano particles by a “new” pharma company claiming what some limited studies found. This all led to information about kidney health and then I stumbled upon Oxalates. (Natural and synthetic compounds that make salt and esters which make alcohols and acids – generally speaking.)
Anyway, I thought it would be interesting to share that a diet high in oxalates can contribute to the development of kidney stones. So, to avoid kidney stones, eat more calcium rich foods and less foods containing oxalates. Also, try and avoid eating nanoparticles. Don’t take them in pills or wear them in patches. Don’t put them in shakes or inject them in vaxes!!! LOL!! I’m sounding like Dr. Suess!!

Looking at the chart for high oxalate foods, something should jump out right away. What did you notice? Yes. Many foods we consider healthy are on the list!! Many diets recommending regular intake of seeds, nuts or soy, tofu, spinach, beets, sweet potatoes or cocoa are foods that could accelerate kidney stone growth.
I treat many people for neuropathy in their extremities because acupuncture works wonders for reducing swelling, promoting healing of the tissues and reducing inflammation. But we always have to consider the factors that got us in pain or discomfort. Dietary and lifestyle changes have to be made to encourage the negative health pattern to go away and stay away. Specific guidance on oxalates need to be considered if your new vegan or Keto diet includes a lot of foods with oxalates in them. Use this handy chart to learn more and change your choices.
